before we planned to move our wedding up we had asked our entire wedding party for our 2013 wedding. so we called and spoke with each person individually to explain our plans for moving the wedding up [due primarily to ill family members] important ones that we really wanted to be a part of our big day. and that we were still planning a large celebration in 2013. the dream wedding we had been planning already for months. we really can't imagine not having the chance to share this moment with our closest friends & all the family that couldn't be there for our first wedding. plus as i talk to more friends who are recently married i am fortunate that we get the intimate feel our first wedding [it was genuinely about nothing other than each other and becoming Mr and Mrs Flynn] and the exciting larger wedding with all the perfect extra details {my dream dress, fancy high heels & centerpieces.} we feel blessed that we get the opportunity to celebrate our love twice. and while many people still don't express full understanding we know it was the perfect decision for us.
we decided to ask our family to serve as MOH - Evan and Best Man - Collin. it worked our wonderfully for this small, intimate wedding. we had all our siblings standing next to us and our parents just a foot away as our two families became one.
