my little surprise adventure

so yesterday i woke up to a doorbell and this surprise.

with little love notes left on the kitchen table.
the typed note lists of the ETA of each surprise.
and the hand written one is an old-fashioned love note.
how on earth did I get so lucky!?!?!?

the handwritten note instructed me to look into the fridge.
where i found all the ingredients to make my comfort food - cheesy hashbrown potatoes.

even though he couldn't be with me, he still manages to make me smile.
and he knows me so well.
no matter how this test situation turns out i know i have a good man to support me.


so i woke up tuesday and was a little anxious for my next surprise.
i woke up to a text message picture from mr. flynn that showed me where my next note was hidden.

so clever.
it just affirmed how much he loves me and misses me.
it makes me miss him a little bit more.
and then the doorbell rang with another delivery.
more beautiful flowers.

 

i can't wait to see what is in store tomorrow.

so today i actually made the potatoes.

and i've been trying to relax today. long bath. movie. and those famous potatoes.
