custom wedding bands - worth every single penny.

ian & i both have custom designed wedding bands from Gesner Estate Jewelry and we couldn't be happier. neither of us have ever seen another person who has a band even similar to either of ours.
which i think is meaningful to us in a way i can't describe.
we have such a truly unique bond and the rings demonstrate that in a way. it envelopes each of our unique personalities. i knew i wanted a vintage band, low profile, small carat weight. and let me tell you. it is very hard to find these types of rings in a traditional jewelry store. my ring is actually modeled off a true antique ring. and believe it or not i actually wanted that ring. it was cheaper and it had a story to tell. now that i have my own ring with only our memories i am in love with that too. ian's band is durable, thick white gold with beautiful yellow gold inset details resembling screws. it was modeled after a ring we actually fell in love with a store in iowa that was a couple grand over our budget. Gesner made it within our budget and made the modifications we wanted. they were incredible to work with.
judging by people's reactions to our bands - it is always hit or miss. some people love them. some people hate them. ian insists that sometimes people don't like his. but i LOVE it & he LOVES it and it is all that matters. [if you ask me they are just jealous]
